✅ Posting Requirements (Facebook Group Access):

If you're using your Connect Plus Membership to post inside our Facebook group, here’s how to make sure your post gets approved:

  1. Include “Connect Plus Member” at the bottom of your post

  2. Make sure your Facebook name matches the name you signed up with

  3. (Optional) Add your email for faster verification

Your post should clearly include:

  • What it is (event, service, product, etc.)

  • Date, time & location (or note if it's virtual)

  • Cost (or range)

  • What’s included (meals, activities, guests, etc.)

  • How to sign up (link, email, booking site)

  • Any relevant info that helps someone make an informed decision

  • Connect gives you access to our Mighty Networks space to attend and host community-led meetups. Connect Plus includes everything in Connect — plus the ability to promote your own offerings in our private Facebook group of over 28k women.

  • Yes! We just ask that posts are spaced out, remain aligned with wellness and our group values, and follow the formatting guidelines listed above.

  • Absolutely. If you’ve already purchased Connect, you can upgrade for just $22. Just email us at LAWomenofwellness@gmail.com and we’ll help you get started.

  • Anything rooted in wellness, personal growth, or aligned community-building — including retreats, events, services, coaching, and wellness-related affiliate links or products.

  • Promotional posts in our Facebook group will only be approved from verified Connect Plus members. Posts that don’t follow the guidelines will be declined or removed.
