SPRING PILATES EVENTS

We’re celebrating all the women who’ve shaped us—and the ones we’re still becoming.

This Mother’s Day weekend, we’re hosting a spring Pilates event with a twist—movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection with a community of incredible women. Whether you’re celebrating your mom, showing up for a friend who’s a mama, or just want to treat yourself to a feel-good morning outdoors, this one’s for you. Come move, journal, and vibe with us as we celebrate the women who raised us—and the women we’re becoming.

You’re encouraged to bring your mom, a mother figure, a friend who inspires you, or come solo and celebrate your own strength— because every woman deserves to be celebrated.

What to Expect:

• Mat Pilates under the sun — stretch it out, feel strong, and get that post-class glow
• Reiki + meditation reset — drop into stillness, breathe deep, and recharge your energy
• Journaling with a twist — guided prompts to reflect, release, and feel a little more you
• Real talk, real connection — small group convo to share what’s on your heart (or just listen)
• Spring snacks + sparkling sips — light bites to keep it cute and keep you fueled
• A photographer capturing the magic — yes, the memories and the outfit pics

  • Date: Saturday, May 10th

  • Time:

    • Check-in starts at 9:45 AM

    • Event runs from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    • Please arrive early enough to find parking at check in at 9:45 — you may need to walk a bit to the check-in area.

  • Location: Lacy Park in Pasadena: 1485 Virginia Road, San Marino, CA 91108

  • What to Wear:

    • Your favorite workout set in a spring color — think pastels, light pinks, soft tones

    • Outfit inspo will be shared on Instagram!

  • What to Bring:

    • A yoga mat

    • Your ID (security will check it at the gate)

  • Price:

    • WOW VIP Members - Free to attend. To bring a plus one, use the special link on the Mighty Networks event post to purchase their ticket for $11.

    • General Admission Single Ticket: $33 early bird (through April 30th), then $44 after.

    • General Admission + Plus One: $44 early bird (through April 30th), then $55 after. Plus ones are for first-timers only—bring someone who’s never experienced a WOW event before!

This event is for all women—whether you're a mom, celebrating someone you love, or just carving out space to feel good and connect. Come with someone special or fly solo—either way, you’ll leave feeling grounded, glowy, and celebrated.
